When making an online purchase, we simply ask for your name, address, website address and email address. This will allow us to fully process and fulfil your purchase. We will only use your personal information to update you about new website and marketing services, and we will only contact you with your consent.

We do not sell, rent, or exchange your personal information with anyone. It is shared only with third parties, such as PayPal or Stripe, to process your purchase. We use cookies for analytics and remarketing purposes to understand your visit and improve our website's performance. This helps us to improve our website to make it as efficient as possible.

We follow strict hard copy security procedures in storing of information which you have given us. Therefore, your privacy is completely protected offline with Showix.com (hosted on Wix.com).

Definitions:

Purchaser: The individual or organization who purchases or agrees to purchase marketing services from Showix Marketing.
Contract: The agreement between Showix Marketing and the Purchaser for providing marketing services, incorporating these terms and conditions.
Marketing services: The services agreed upon and provided by Showix Marketing to the Purchaser.
Terms and conditions: The rules governing the contract between Showix Marketing and the Purchaser, including any special conditions agreed upon in writing.
Website: Refers to Showix.com.

Marketing services require a single upfront payment, with no recurring charges or subscription fees. Deliverables, including SEO optimization, backlinks, keyword research, and competitor analysis, are provided as a one-time service within 14 business days of purchase. Once delivered, Showix Marketing's obligations are complete.

Collaboration Access Requirement:

To complete on-page SEO optimization, limited collaboration access to the client’s Wix site is required. This is standard practice for all SEO services and is necessary to implement optimizations directly on the site. Clients must invite Showix Marketing as a Website Designer using Wix’s built-in collaborator feature. Instructions for granting access can be found in Wix’s official documentation: https://support.wix.com/en/article/inviting-people-to-contribute-to-your-site.

Failure to provide the required access within the agreed project timeline may result in forfeiture of the on-page SEO portion of the service, as Showix Marketing cannot make necessary changes without it.

Any variation to these terms & conditions (including any special terms & conditions agreed between the parties) will be only be applicable if agreed in writing by Showix Marketing. Any complaints should be addressed to Showix Marketing via email to the following address: hi@showix.com.

Any special conditions applying to the provision of the marketing services are set out in the Schedule to this agreement. These terms & conditions will apply to all contracts for the provision of marketing services by Showix Marketing to the Purchaser and will prevail over any other text or communication from the Purchaser.

You agree to never use our marketing services for any purpose that is not lawful or could even be prohibited by these terms & conditions. By using our marketing services you are accepting the terms in full, all conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these terms & conditions you must immediately stop using our marketing services.

Showix.com reserves the right to update or change these terms & conditions at any time. Your continued use of the marketing services after updates will constitute your full acceptance of these changes:

(a) We can change these terms of service: We may change or replace these terms of service at any time if the change is necessary to reflect changed or added functionality of the Showix Marketing Service, for compliance with law, for reasonable commercial reasons, or otherwise to protect our legitimate interests.

(b) We may notify you of certain changes to the terms of service: If a change to these terms of service may have a material negative effect on you.

(c) You must check these terms of service for changes: It is your responsibility to check these terms of service from time to time for any changes. If you do not agree with any of the changes to these terms of service, it is your responsibility to stop using the Showix Marketing Service.

(d) Your continued use deemed to be acceptance: Your continued use of the Showix Marketing Service will be deemed as your acceptance of any changes to these terms of service, as described above.

(e) We can change the Showix Marketing Service and functionality: You acknowledge that the Showix Marketing Service is constantly evolving, and we may change parts of the Showix Marketing Service and its functionality from time to time.

The Showix Marketing marketing services website may include links to third party websites including search engines and social media website, that are controlled and maintained by other companies, and not us. Any direct link to other websites or companies is not an endorsement of these websites and you acknowledge and agree that Showix.com is certainly not responsible for the content and availability of these website.

You agree to immediately notify Showix.com and its parent company of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security. In no event will the company be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever resulting from the disclosure of your username and/or password. You may not use another person's account at any time, without the express permission of the account holder.

The Website and the contents of Showix.com (including without limitation the website design, text structure, photo and art and any and all software or even down to the source codes connected with the Showix Marketing website and the marketing services) are protected by full copyright, trademark law, perhaps even patents and could be protected by intellectual property rights and law.

You agree to indemnify Showix.com, its parent company, employees, and agents against any claims, demands, or liabilities arising from your breach of these terms, your use of our services, or any content submissions or transmissions.

To the extent permitted by law, Showix.com and its operating company cannot ever be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever (including without limitation opportunity, data, profits, loss of business) arising from the purchase or even out of or in connection with the use of its marketing services.

While Showix Marketing strives to meet your expectations, we cannot guarantee that all requirements will be fulfilled. While our SEO services aim to enhance your website’s performance and visibility, we cannot guarantee specific results, rankings, or keyword positions. Search engine performance depends on factors beyond our control, such as algorithm updates and market competition.

Purchase Payment Price means the price of the marketing services that is advertised on the Showix Marketing website.

Showix Marketing may choose not to accept an order for any reason when making an order through the Website; the technical steps the Purchaser needs to take to complete the order process are described in the order process section.

Showix Marketing may terminate this agreement or suspend services without notice if the Purchaser breaches its terms. Payments made are final and non-refundable (ALL SALES FINAL).

All packages are priced in USD (US Dollars).

All payments are final and non-refundable. Once made, payments cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded for any reason.

Showix Marketing is not liable for delays or failures to perform its obligations due to unforeseen events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor strikes, accidents, wars, fires, or technical failures. In such cases, Showix Marketing may require additional time to deliver services without liability for delays caused by these events.

SEO packages do not include store-specific services, such as product optimization or category page management. These services are priced separately due to the diverse complexity of Wix stores.

If any provision of these terms & conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be severed, and the remaining terms will continue in full force and effect as if the invalid provision had never been included.

Showix Marketing is of course entitled to alter these terms & conditions at any time. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the operating company of Showix.com, with all disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
